Tulia's second haircut
Tulia got her second haircut. This time it went a lot better. The first time she cried and really didn't like the experience. This time she watched Dora on television and even ate a lollipop afterwards.
She had a really fun time playing with the toys and driving the car. At one point she was driving it so erratically the lady cutting the hair was a little freaked out.
