Framing
In a matter of a couple days, two people built up all the walls in the new construction. The braces were all put it to keep the walls from falling over.
Sheerwall, plywood was applied to the exterior walls to give lateral stability in the event of sheering forces such as earthquakes. A rather ingenious idea despite the extra cost.
