Ride to Campbell with the kids
Went for a quick evening ride to Campbell with the kids. We had a quick picnic dinner and then went home for bath.

Lisa's TDI take 2
So the original TDI that Lisa got, my parents now own. Another dealer called us with the EXACT options she wanted in the first place. So since my parents wanted a TDI too, we went and got the new new one. Here are the photos.

Lisa got her new TDI Jetta Sportwagon
This is a sweet car. Spent most of the day at the dealership dealing (or trying to deal) with the sales people at vw. The end result is we got an 09 Jetta Sportwagon TDI. For those of you that don't know, the TDI is a turbo diesel wagon that is capable of about 50 mpg...

Day at the park - Nolan's first swing ride
This was on August 18th. Lisa took the kids to our park. Nolan rode in the baby swing and laughed like crazy while riding it. Tulia finally got to be the big sister she wants to be and push her little brother in the swing.

Nolan tummy time and bouncy seat
This was on August 16. Some pictures of Nolan doing his tummy time. He does pretty good on his tummy. He'll get made after a while but he is pretty receptive to it in the beginning.

Nolan's first big kid stroller ride
This is back on July 26th. Nolan is getting big for his portable car seat so Lisa setup the stroller so he could sit forward and look around. Nolan loves looking at the surroundings.

Nolan's First Haircut
Back on July 21st, Lisa took Nolan to Lollipop cuts for kids. It's our local neighborhood salon for those in the 10- range... Look how cut he is. It's crazy.

Took Tulia out to the Campbell farmer's market today. We then played at the park and ate kettle corn. I've gotta say, the Dummy rides great with Tulia on the back.

Long haul truckin
I picked up a Surly Long Haul Trucker. It will serve as a commuter and as the name implies, a Long distance machine. I've set a goal to do a century ride. Not competitively but just to complete one.

Our Kids Swimming
Some of our neighborhood friends invited us over for a pool party. Nolan decided to not nap very good that day right before the party (shocking I know). I put him in the stroller and walked for about 30 minutes so he could nap. Of course he slept only 15 minutes.
